The Inspiration Awards: in recognition of long-term contributions of service to the park or to one of the organizations in the park.

Seventh Annual Millennium Award Luncheon to honor
Robert & Ginger Wallace and The Girl Scouts
New Date: November 9, 2007

On Friday, November 9, 2007, the Friends of Balboa Park will host the annual Millennium Awards Luncheon at the Balboa Park Club. This year's theme is Balboa Park: A Place to Grow – and it's appropriate that the Friends have chosen two long time park stewards to receive the Friends' highest honor - - the Millennium Award. This year's honorees are Robert and Ginger Wallace, and The Girl Scouts-San Diego Imperial Council. Invitations are in the mail!
